The City of Rolling Meadows Human Services Department is divided into four specialized subdivisions, each designed to meet the diverse needs of the community. Community Social Services – Assists residents facing crises with emergency financial support, case management, public benefits applications, and employment resources.
Police Social Services – Partners with the Police Department to offer court advocacy, assistance with protection orders, and community outreach programs that strengthen police–community relationships.
Mental Health Services – Provides short-term, trauma-informed counseling, support groups, and connections to psychiatric and court-related mental health services.
Senior Social Services – Supports older adults through case management, home visits, Medicare/Medicaid counseling, and partnerships addressing the unique challenges of aging.
