Application & Fees

All businesses located within the City of Rolling Meadows must have a current Business License (PDF). For Rolling Meadows-based businesses are calculated based on the type of business and square footage of the premises. Rolling Meadows based business licenses run on a calendar year. Renewals are sent out in October and payment must be received by December 31. A 100% late fee will apply for payments postmarked after December 31.

Peddlers & Solicitors

Peddlers and solicitors require a Peddler/Solicitor Permit (PDF) and a photo ID before they can knock on any of our resident's doors.
