Proposed improvements include new sanitary sewer main line, sanitary service stubs for future service connections, pavement patching, and landscape restoration.
The project will occurring on Brookview Ln. and Sunset Dr., north and west of old Plum Grove Road. During construction, access will be allowed to the properties in the work area; however, traffic may be directed one-way at a times with flaggers as needed. Access to properties along the project limits during the workday should, in most cases, be maintained. Construction activities may affect driveway access temporarily. When these activities occur, we will notify you in advance of the work. On some occasions this notice may occur the day before your access will be limited. Garbage and Recycling will be collected at 6 AM on Fridays during the project.
Week of 7/19/21: This week the City’s Contractor, Campanella and Sons, continued the construction of the new sanitary sewer on Brookview Lane and is expected to near the corner of Brookview Lane and Sunset Drive by Friday (7/23).
Week of 7/26/21: Beginning Monday, July 26th, the Contractor will continue installing the sanitary sewer east on Sunset Drive and / or begin installing service stub outs at the south end of the project near Old Plum Grove Road and Brookview Lane. The Contractor may also notify residents prior to crossing driveways. Residents are encouraged to avoid the construction zone whenever possible.
