Weekly Project Updates
Punchlist for corrective work has been partially completed. Remaining work includes addressing parkway restoration issues in late September when weather conditions are favorable. Please be alert for construction equipment and traffic.
NOTE: Mowing may resume; raise height of mower deck to prevent scalping and blanket tear. Straw blanket should remain in place until full grass establishment. Straw blanket will biodegrade naturally. Residents are encouraged to water parkways to promote healthy growth of seeded grass.
Dead and dying sod placed during the water main replacement project is to be addressed by that project’s landscaping subcontractor.
