TTY / TDD Access Rolling Meadows provides equal access to citizens using TTY-TDD devices for communications. Whether dialing 9-1-1 or the City TDD number (847) 506-0490 a person using a TTY-TDD can communicate their needs to us. TTY-TDD is a text message system that is used by speech and/or hearing impaired individuals to communicate via phone lines with other TTY-TDD users.
