Due to a high volume of requests and the cost of patches, the Rolling Meadows Police Department will not honor requests for patches.  Rolling Meadows Police Officer Lusk has a patch collection and is interested in trading patches. He may accept requests only from other Law Enforcement Officers, Deputies, etc., and he requires requests to be sent on official department/agency letterhead.
