Due to ongoing service issues, the City discontinued its services with the City’s current software vendor that administers the online program at myutilityaccount.com.
Here are a few updates that you should know:
The City is in the process of evaluating new citywide software. The City will be providing an enhanced Utility Bill account, payment options and e-Billing.
For now, if your Utility Billing account was enrolled in e-Billing, then you will receive a monthly paper bill instead of an e-Bill notification.
For now, you will no longer be able to log in to view your account balance or to view historical information. Please refer to your monthly paper bill.
Online payments may be made by accessing “Online Payments” from the homepage of the City’s website at www.cityrm.org or CLICK HERE. By clicking on the UTILITY BILLS faucet logo, you will be directed to a secure payment page. You will need your account number and the amount due found on your monthly paper bill.
Sign up for UB AUTO PAY today! UB Auto Pay is an easy way to pay your monthly Utility Bill. Simply fill out the form with your checking or savings account or credit/debit card information, and payments will automatically be made for your account every month.
